Bring water to near boiling, remove from heat, allow water to cool down for 1 minute.

Warning, do not place your fingers or hand into hot water.

Remove tray from original packaging, hold tray vertically by the handle and dip

into hot water. Submerge total arch of tray into hot water, keeping tray

submerged until it begins to distort slightly or becomes clearer. Avoid holding

the tray into hot water until the walls of the tray wilt together.

Remove tray from hot water, test temperature of tray with your finger to

make sure it is not too hot for your mouth. Push the "U" shaped part of the

tray  over your teeth. Using your fingers apply positive pressure (squeezing

& pinching) on both sides of your teeth to mold tray to teeth.

Bite down into the tray to complete the molding process  and hold for 30

seconds.

Remove molded tray from mouth and run cold water over it to thermally set it. Once the tray is

thermally set reinsert into mouth and check fit. At this point you may choose to remove the holding

tabs.

Material can be removed from the tray with scissors for better fit or to make tray more comfortable. A well formed, well fitting tray requires less amount of whitener for maximum results.

If the tray was too cold to thermally form-repeat the forming process carefully to optimize fit.

If the "U" shaped channels fold inward during the forming process-reheat the tray carefully and separate.

We recommend starting with the upper tray first. Once you are happy with your upper tray you can make the lower.

Congratulations you have just completed your own custom fit bleaching trays.

Please use only one drop of whitening gel per tooth. Carefully apply one drop per tooth on the side of the bleaching tray  that will make contact with the outside of your teeth.
